Smokeweed - Nanaki's warrior cat. Battle-scarred and aloof, this cat will defend the place he calls home with all of his nine lives. He can often be found lurking around the Clinic and Reception areas, though he may regard visitors with a judgmental stare.Golden Bunny Spirits - These little rabbit spirits are hard to see without using a special kind of blacklight lantern to find their little golden footsteps across the ground. Originally found on the bounty board, several concerned riftfarers have relocated some of them to the conservatory. They can be found throughout the Forest Woodland and Wetland Forest, though it is recommended to approach with caution to avoid spooking them.Koalalas - A small family of parrot-like koala creatures were found injured by Turo and brought to the conservatory. The family unit (consisting of three young and an Old Mother) can be found in the Wetland Bog near the Clinic.Mini Jewellery Box Mimic - A mimic that looks like a small jewellery box. Donated by Faris and originally found in the marketplace, the little box mimic can be found primarily in a small doghouse-like structure in the Forest Woodland, built by Kaveh. It is recommended to not stick your hands close to it or try opening it, lest you risk losing a hand.Cloud Hopper Flock - Bird-like avian creatures that grow to the size of bearded vultures, they can create small storm clouds around them. Their feathers are prized by sailors for their durability and ability to withstand heavy storms. A young mated pair (one injured, one exhausted) was brought to the shelter by Turo, along with several of their eggs that have since hatched. They can be found roosting along the Rocky Cliffsides near the Lake.Basker(ville) - A Cerberus puppy that was adopted by Sherlock. While Basker is naturally a wild creature who is trained and tamed now, he still tends to be a creature of instinct. Sherlock brought Basker to the Conservatory knowing that Basker will grow to the size of a horse and will be wildly hard to keep domesticated as he grows older and wants to run free. Basker can be found all over the Conservatory, but can often be found running around the Grassland Fields and near the Reception area.Xolos Pack - A mysterious breed of canines capable of breathing fire, but also surprisingly agile and strong. They simply turned up one day and have remained at the sanctuary. Natural guardians that remain loyal and protective of the person(or people) they choose. They carry the scent of sweet marigold petals, and at times there is even a touch of freshly baked sugar coated bread. Each bares a different color of vibrant feathers, and there are some unique differences in the skeletal patterns in soft velvet fur. They may be seen doing rounds along and within Cosmo Conservatory's boundaries, and will aid those acting as guards during their rounds to keep them company, and act alongside them.Dragon Muskox - A large beast of burden that was confiscated from the auction houses, it arrived covered in injuries and severely malnourished. It now wanders the Grassland Fields where it routinely grazes or sleeps contently in the sun.Buttbirds - Strange bird-like creatures of alchemical origin, several of them were brought to the Conservatory by Sidestep. They tend to frequent the Forest Woodland and Wetland Forest, and stick to smaller trees and bushes. While very odd, they are no more dangerous than regular songbirds.Dratini Trio - A trio of Dratini which were hatched by Drayton and Kieran after their Dragonites bonded during Dragon's Gale. They are currently being watched over by Turo to monitor their growth and are living in the Ocean Enclosure.Angel - With the help of several riftfarers, the wayward cerberpuppy that had been causing havoc has been brought to the Conservatory for socialization, and was later adopted by Faulkner. It can be found in the area near the Clinic where it continues to learn good socialization skills.Snowball - A young Snowy Owleopard that Soldier: 76 rescued from an Auction House just as she had hatched; a reason for the cub imprinting upon him. Growing well and gaining the necessary skills to hunt. She and her father companion can be found either hunting on the outskirts of the Conservatory itself, or living within the Forest Woodland.Matcha The Goat - A large, fluffy creature that looks like a mix between an alpaca and a giant caterpillar. It was another creature rescued from the Auction House. It spins cocoons made of silky threads that is prized among those in the textile industry. It can be found living within the Wetland Forest or making occasional appearances in the Wetland Bog.Sea Bear Slugs - Bright, colourful sea slugs that vaguely represent bears. Their skin is slimy and smooth, yet safe to touch. They live within the Ocean Enclosure, and some can be found in touch pools within the viewing caves.Moonburst Bats - A small flock of bat-like creatures the size of fruit bats that recently moved into the Conservatory while seeking a quiet, shady place to live. Though wary of humans, they can occasionally be found during the evening flying between the Forest Woodland, Wetland Forest, and Quiet Grove.Jeweltones - A group of fox-like creatures with crystalline adornments growing from their fur and melodious cries. They were discovered within the viewing caves shortly after the caves were built, and have retreated to a deeper part of the caves away from the people. While they can be tempted to appear with treats and a calm approach, they are generally not recommended to be approached without the help of a volunteer. |

Creature being submitted: Golden bunny spirits from Bashful Bunnies aka the bee rabbits, as Sherlock calls them. Having tried to save as many as possible from being dispelled alongside Zack, the rabbits will arrive to form their own nests in a quiet area. All attempts at keeping them calm will be made. Sherlock might even bring over their favorite foods and some nest material from previously destroyed nests to help coax them into making their homes here.
Role you'd like to have at the sanctuary: occasional researcher: Sherlock will take an interest in studying these bee rabbits and will visit on a semi-regular basis. He'll even draw some pictures of them for the sanctuary to use how they see fit. He might be convinced to draw some pictures of other creatures in the sanctuary, but he's obviously there for the bumble bunnies.

Creature being submitted: A young mated pair of Cloud Hoppers, along with several of their eggs. One injured, the other exhausted.
Cloud Hoppers are bird-like creatures that are, when fully grown, sizable avians. Groups of them are called Storms due to the fact they can create literal storm clouds around them; they do create rain storms during mating ceremonies, and when hunting create heavy fogs. They will also do so if they feel threatened; tend to favor electric crystals, or gems, to swallow in aid of digestion.
Mated pairs will fly off to lay eggs and raise chicks until they are old enough to fly back, re-joining the Storm.
Their feathers are prized for ship sails as it is said that fabric with some of the feathers interwoven will not rip during bad storms if caught out at sea. Some rumors even tell that merely having one onboard will ward away surprise storms, or aid in luck avoiding them.

Role you'd like to have at the sanctuary: Basker is going to be trained (or encouraged) to help protecc the other animals! Cerberus is good at guarding gates, after all.

After Turo getting kidnapped he's making a point to help a lot with both (Sidestep is showing him more about the creature care) and also probably standing around being vaguely unsettling out of an attempt to help guard.

76 & Snowball the Snowy Owleopard
Canon: Overwatch

Creature being submitted: Snowball, a young Snowy Owleopard that the old soldier recued from an Auction House just as she had hatched; a reason for the cub imprinting upon him. Growing well and gaining the necessary skills to hunt.
Soldier: 76, an old soldier that was genetically enhanced to essentially be a super soldier; Snowball's acting parent and thus living within Cosmo Conservatory to take care of her given she just follows him otherwise if he tries to leave her there. Lives outdoors, building campsites that do not destroy the environment around and hunts outside of the sanctuary to feed himself and teach the Snowy Owleopard to do so as well.
Acts as an on-site guard of sorts.
Role you'd like to have at the sanctuary: Live-in conservatory guard and general assistance.
